    I have purchased app from Europe..but unfortunately I need a refund(It looks like I can't download app for iphone in Europe's appstore). how can I get to the chat with Support? I failed to find a place where I can send a request for refund.

    So.. as a workaround I can upgrade from Deluxe to Premier, get a VIP chat support and get a refund? 30-days return policy is not very convenient thing as it turned out. It would be easier for users to have dedicated web page for refunds.

    I've seen this page. It contains description of the refund process but I can't see there a way to initiate refund process itself.
